Jehovah Jireh Package $75

Jehovah Jireh translates to “God will Provide”. The Jehovah Jireh package gives you a starting point for your personal growth. In one phone conversation you identify an area in your life in which you desire to move forward. Through encouraging e-mail I will continue assisting you as you clarify the details necessary for taking steps towards a life of excellence.

This package includes 1 one hour phone session and
encouraging e-mail for one month.

The Vine Package $300

A vine loves to crawl and find all the places it can attach itself. For this package, my service to you is helping you explore all the possibilities for your life. Be ready to crawl around and explore all the possibilities for you to reach your goals. Through brainstorming and clarifying you discover that which seems impossible can be possible!

This package includes 3 one hour phone sessions
with additional brainstorming e-mail.

Palm Package $425

The palm tree has numerous uses. It is historically a token of victory and peace. For this package, I take you through the coaching process with the goal of living in victory and living at peace with how you are moving forward on this journey of life. You will grow like the Palm tree as you go beyond identifying all the possibilities as described in the Vine package. In this package you will choose structures which will be put into place to assist in keeping you accountable to taking the action steps necessary to grow tall as this tree is known for reaching towards the sky.

This package includes 4 one phone sessions,
accountability e-mail, and a resource book chosen for the client. 

Cedar Package $650

A cedar tree has deep roots and knows how utilize its strength. For the vine package, you want to work intensely on deepening your roots, and discovering all your resources. During the journey the authentic self becomes alive. In addition to experiencing the items listed in the other packages, you spend time writing and developing relationships.  You will establish a vision, mission, and strategy for your life. You will consider obstacles and then stretch your thinking with ways to overcome, remove, or glide through the obstacle. You may also encounter many individualized learning experiences. A natural outcome includes reaching out to others when applying your strengths.

This package includes 8 phone sessions,
e-mails to stretch your thinking,
items required for individualized learning experiences,
and a resource book chosen for the client

 

Key elements to a successful Christian Life Coaching
relationship includes the following from the client:

• You are ready to talk, think, work, process new possibilities.
• You are willing to consider that there may be individual strengths and gifts to discover within yourself and allow them to grow.
• You can accept that change is necessary for growth.
• You are open to listening to the Spirit of our Creator.
• You desire to have a relationship with someone who can walk alongside you as you become more authentic in this journey of life.
• You are committed to taking responsibility for who you are in a purpose driven life.

My responsibilities as your coach in a
Christian Life Coaching relationship are that in which:

• I bring a biblical worldview to the relationship.
• I "walk the talk". In other words, I approach every aspect of my life seeking to live the principles demonstrated by Christ.
• I devote time in prayer listening for the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
• I encourage you take steps which you may not take unless you are held accountable.
• I commit time to the coaching relationship providing appropriate feedback as I walk alongside your journey.
• I assist you in the present in a manner which motivates you to do more independently in the future.

How does a coaching agreement work?

• The person requesting to being coached (PBC), contacts me to set up an appointment.
• I, the coach, confirm a time for the appointment.
• You, the PBC, calls me, the coach at the appointed time.
• During the phone call session, the person being coached brings forth a topic of discussion and the coach supports the discussion using tools which help clarify the issue and keep the discussion focused in order to reach the conversation's goal.
• During the discussion, action steps are explored as to ways the person being coached can work through the concern.
• At the closing of the discussion which has planned a manner to move forward towards a goal, a means for accountability is agreed upon.
• During the growth process, the coach is the cheerleader to communicate the successes occurring in ones life.
